Easter 2009

Easter was fun this year. Syd had us up at 7:15, so we went down and she looked for eggs the Bunny hid. She also found all of the cool stuff the Easter Bunny left for her.

Syd and Mom went to church with Grandma & Grandpa Capwell and then we all went over to their house for Easter dinner. While we were there, G & G's neighbor invited Syd over for an Easter Egg Hunt at their house with their grandkids. They had hidden 160 plastic eggs, all with stuff in them. Syd found about 40 of them, gaining a lot of candy and about $3 in change (made up mostly of pennies, nickels, and dimes, but with some quarters). It was a long, but good day. The weather was perfect and Syd had a good time.

Here are the eggs we colored for Easter this year. Some of them ended up being very interesting. We had paints this year in addition to the dye, so Syd had fun with those.
